sleep beyond month 4

Our WAITLIST is open. Join today and be notified as soon as the class is available online.

This class compliments our earlier, Rest In The Nest Part One, but can be taken separately. If you have an older infant and you are still not getting consistent, long stretches of night time sleep, this class is for you! You will learn the basics of gentle sleep practices, what you should expect from an infant ages 4 months to one year, and real strategies you can use in your home. Just like part one, we will walk through different sleep scenarios and offer guidance on how to get through.

This class is currently taught by Irene Gouge from Loving Lessons Sleep Consulting. Read more about Irene at the bottom of this page.

Irene Gouge

Originally from Chicago, Irene is a Pediatric Sleep Consultant supporting tired families with gentle sleep and parent solutions. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Education at Illinois State University. After graduation, she moved to Florida where she worked for the Walt Disney World Company. Since 2001 she’s been an educator teaching in elementary and middle schools, in the home and out of home daycares. What she knows to be true is that children of all ages are ready to learn and parents can learn too! Irene believes that everything is “learnable”.
During her last years teaching in public school, Irene had first hand experience of sleepless nights and did whatever it took to get the sleep she needed. While at home with her second son she was doing a home daycare, and studied under Kim West, AKA the Sleep Lady to become a certified sleep consultant. Irene is one of the “First 50” graduates of The Gentle Sleep Coaching Program that is currently the most extensive & professional sleep certification programs available. Through this experience she learned that you can not only get sleep and that you can have more joy and peace to enjoy the parenting journey.
