Let us help you kick off your baby's journey with food!

Get the most up to date information on introducing solid food to your baby. We will teach the different strategies of introducing food to babies 6 months and up to help you make the best decision for your family.

In addition to access to the class content for one year, you will receive the ability to chat with the Educator and other class Learners. You will also be included in a monthly live session where we will discuss a micro topic around feeding babies and have time for live Q&A with our Educator.

Meet the instructor

Karen Williams

M.S. CCC-SLP, Founder of Homegrown Speech

Karen Williams, M.S. CCC-SLP is the owner of Homegrown, PLLC. She lives in Apex, North Carolina and grew up in the Raleigh area. Karen graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a Minor in Choral Music. She earned her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. Karen joyfully provides speech and feeding therapy with babies, toddlers, and kids, along with their families. With a family-centered approach, she aims to encourage and empower her clients to meet their goals in terms of speech and language development, as well as with eating and feeding habits. With research-based strategies and positive energy, she enjoys coaching families to meet their goals. Karen enjoys singing and learning piano, baking legendary chocolate chip cookies, being a cat mom, and spending time with her husband and kids.
